Seth Wulsin is an Analyst for Wulsin Murphy LLP. The firm focuses its practice on real estate tax appeals.Seth has experience managing tax appeals throughout the New England region. He provides initial property review and market data analysis. He conducts market research and requests information from local and state governments. Seth communicates appeal recommendations to clients and reviews assessments with revaluation companies, assessors and local assessment boards. He actively engages in settlement discussions. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the abatement process for Wulsin Murphy LLP and ensures appropriate documentation is received from towns and abatements due to clients are processed and billed.
Seth graduated from Ithaca College in 2003 with a B.A in Communications. He previously worked with a leading, post-secondary Educational Institution as an Assistant Director.
Seth is a member of the Connecticut Association of Assessing Officers, the Maine Association of Assessing Officers, the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers, the New Hampshire Association of Assessing Officials, the Rhode Island Association of Assessing Officers and the Vermont Assessors and Listers Association. He is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
