Rachel graduated from Babson College in 2000 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to joining Wulsin Murphy LLP, she worked as a Program Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Rachel is currently attending the New England School of Law.
Rachel is a member of the Connecticut Association of Assessing Officers, the Maine Association of Assessing Officers, the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers, the New Hampshire Association of Assessing Officials, the Rhode Island Association of Assessing Officers and the Vermont Assessors and Listers Association. She is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
